THE GAME
The University of Utah Football team is hitting the road this week to take on in-state foe Utah State on Saturday, Sept. 14. The game will kick off at 2:30 p.m. MT on CBS Sports Network.

NON-CONFERENCE NOTES
Utah is 33-4 in regular season non-conference games since 2011, holding a 23-0 record at home during that time span.
•    Since 2019 (14 games), Utah has outscored its regular season non-conference opponents 416-191, averaging 29.7 points per game.
•    With Utah's game against Baylor counting as a non-conference contest, it marks the third straight season the Utes have had a Power football opponent in non-conference play (2022: Florida; 2023: Florida, Baylor).
•    The Utes hold an overall record of 300-155-11 against the current members of the Mountain West.

•     Head coach Kyle Whittingham is in his 20th season at the helm as the longest-tenured coach in the Big 12 (by 26 days) and the second-longest tenured coach at the same school in the FBS.
