Utah Softball Begins Spring Practice in Preparation for 2026 Season

Utes’ season to begin on Feb. 6
SALT LAKE CITY – Less than a month remains until the 2026 Utah softball season gets underway and as the countdown to opening day rolls on, the Utes got spring practice underway on Wednesday.
2026 Schedule
Utah's campaign will begin on Feb. 6 in Irvine, Calif., where their list of opponents will include LMU, UCSB, UCLA and Long Beach State. The team's 20-game home schedule is set to start with a March 4 clash against Southern Utah and Big 12 competition will get underway on March 6. The Utes will conclude the regular season with seven straight matchups at Dumke Family Softball Stadium, including three-game series against BYU and Arizona.
