Utes in the Pros: Week 18

SALT LAKE CITY – Only one week of football remains in the NFL regular season before a long list of Pro Utes will help their squads start preparing for playoff action and one Utah alum will spend Week 18 trying to help his team lock down the AFC's last postseason spot in the form of the AFC North championship.
Overall, 16 Utah Football alumni are projected to suit up in Week 18 and a total of 27 former Utes are currently on team rosters throughout the league.

Week 18 Viewing Guide (players on active rosters)
Former Utah quarterback Tyler Huntley got his second starting assignment of the season in Week 17 and led the Baltimore Ravens to a road win over the Green Bay Packers. That triumph put the Ravens in a position to clinch the AFC North title with a victory in Week 18.
For Connor O'Toole in Seattle and multiple Utes in Denver, they'll be spending the first week of 2026 attempting to assist their teams in capturing the No. 1 overall seed in their conferences. Elsewhere, 12 Pro Utes have already helped their teams secure playoff spots.
Utah continues to be represented in the pro coaching ranks with three alumni on the sidelines. Alex Whittingham is in his eighth season in the Kansas City Chiefs organization and first as assistant defensive line coach, while Brian Johnson is in his second season as the Washington Commanders' assistant head coach and offensive pass game coordinator. In addition, former Utah quarterback Mike McCoy is currently leading the Tennessee Titans as interim head coach.
