UTAH: Walk-on moved from linebacker to tight end in the offseason and made the two deep in spring camp … backup long snapper.
2018–Played in all 14 games on special teams, including five at tight end … two receptions for 12 yards … one tackle and a fumble recovery against UCLA on special teams … second-team Pac-12 All-Academic.
2017–Played in 12 games on special teams … second-team Pac-12 All-Academic.

HIGH SCHOOL: All-state defensive back at Olympus HS (Utah) in 2013 … two-time all-region … 67 tackles (2.0 TFL), three forced fumbles, eight interceptions, three pass breakups and two blocked field goals as a senior … season-high 10 tackles against Springville … three forced fumbles and an interception against Northridge … two interceptions against Orem … also played receiver, making 35 catches for 412 yards and four touchdowns in 2013 … seven receptions for 103 receiving yards and a touchdown against Taylorsville … 59 tackles and three interceptions as a junior … 10 tackles vs. Herriman his junior season … also played basketball and was named to the all-star game as a senior.
