HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time all-state, earning first team honors in 2013 … first-team all-region as a senior … six receptions for 219 yards and one touchdown a senior at Springville HS (Utah) … rushed for 121 yards and five touchdowns on 13 carries … also had 96 tackles, 16.5 sacks, five pass breakups and three forced fumbles as a senior … 57 tackles and 3.5 sacks as a junior … placed second at the 2014 4A state wrestling championships at 220 pounds as a senior and was the Outstanding Wrestler of the Region 8 meet … also played baseball and competed in track … Springville Male Athlete of the Year as a senior.
PERSONAL: Son of Rick and Heidi Hansen … two brothers and three sisters … served an LDS church mission in Barcelona, Spain … has not declared a major.
