Biography

UTAH: Four-year letterman contributed on special teams and as a backup receiver … walked on during the 2014 fall camp and was awarded a scholarship.
2018–Played in all 14 games on special teams and saw action at wide receiver in nine games … three catches for 23 yards … two catches for 16 yards against USC … six tackles on special teams … one punt return for four yards.
2017–Played in all 13 games on special teams and appeared on offense in eight games … two catches for 12 yards vs. ASU … saw action as a kick returner against UCLA, Washington State and Colorado … one tackle on special teams.
2016–Participated on the scout teams … lettered.
2015–Redshirt.
2014–Played in six games, including the last five, as a true freshman … 17-yard reception against Arizona … lettered.
 
PRIOR TO UTAH: Did not play football in 2013 … first-team all-Trinity League in 2012 at Mater Dei HS … team captain … 41 catches as a senior for 387 yards and one touchdown … Mater Dei was the Pac-5 Division runner up … participated in the North-South All-Star Game … 27 catches for 333 yards and one touchdown as a junior.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Matt and Trayce Field … father is a pilot … one brother … scheduled to complete a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and education/emergency medical services in spring 2019 … full name is Jameson Dean Field.
