Charlie Henry is in his first year with the Runnin' Utes and will serve as the team's Graduate Manager. His primary duties include assisting Mark Plaisier in coordinating video scouting and editing operations.
Henry comes to Utah after spending one year as a varsity assistant coach at Romulus High School, which finished last year with a record of 21-2 and was ranked No. 22 in the nation by USA Today. He assisted in player development, game preparation, film editing and daily coaching. He has also been a counselor and team coach at Madonna University's All-Star Basketball Camp since 2001, and also worked the Five-Star Basketball Camp at the University of Pittsburgh in 2009.
Henry graduated from Madonna University in Livonia, Mich., where he was a four-year member of the basketball team. He earned a B.A. in Journalism/Public Relations in May of 2009.
