2018: Played in 38 games, starting 13 ... had a pair of hits and drove in two with her first collegiate double i a contest vs. No. 3 UCLA ... had a pair of hits and scored twice in a win over Syracuse ... picked up her first collegiate hit in a contest with Nebraska ... drove in the first run of her career during a win over Stanford ... smacked the first homer of her career in the rivalry game vs. BYU

2017: Played in 36 games as a freshman … scored a pair of runs in a win over Texas-Arlington … also scored runs in 13 other contests for the Utes … stole her first base in a victory over Toledo

Prior to Utah: Last season, Ball batted .528 with a .910 slugging percentage that was aided by 11 doubles and nine home runs. She helped Fremont HS to a 5A Region 1 championship and was named MVP for Region 1 by the UHSAA. Ball also earned All-State and All-Area recognition while being named a Standard-Examiner Star of the Week and a KUTV News Prep Star of the Week.

Personal: Ryley is the daughter of Tracy and Kirsten Ball. She has two siblings, Avery and Kennedy and is majoring in kinesiology. Ball also lettered in basketball at Fremont, helping the Silverwolves to a state championship in 2014 and a second-place finish at the Dick's Sporting Goods High School National Tournament at Madison Square Garden.
