This Week

The Ute men's tennis team will open its 2001-2002 season at home against Utah State on Sat. Jan. 26th. The match will be held at the Eccles Tennis Center and is scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM.

Last Match

At the Rolex Region VII Tournament in Las Vegas, Nev. Daniel Lohff upset Mark Roberts of Boise State, the second ranked player in the tournament, 7-6, 1-6, 7-5. Corrie Scheepers also pulled off a huge victory defeating Air Force's Eric Pittman, the 11th ranked player in the tournament, 6-2, 6-1.

Coming Up

The Utes will travel to Tucson, Az. to compete against the University of Arizona on Mon. Feb. 4.
