SALT LAKE CITY - Utah head football coach Urban Meyer and his staff took advantage of the mid-year junior college transfer signing date on Dec. 17. The first signing for the 2004 season was Fano Tagovailoa, a quarterback/wide receiver who played for Coffeyville Community College. He will enroll in classes at Utah in January.
National Letter of Intent day for high school players and other junior college transfers is on Feb. 4. Information on the Utes' mid-year JC signing as of Dec. 17 at 3:50 p.m. MST follows:
