CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Street & Smith's Sports Annuals has released its Street & Smith's College Football 2005 Yearbook. The University of Utah football team is featured prominently in the publication.
The Utes are ranked No. 25 in the magazine's preseason Top 25. In addition, defensive lineman Steve Fifita earned preseason All-America accolades. Fifita was named to the publication's third team.
In addition, Street & Smith's also lists four Ute players as preseason All-Mountain West Conference. Fifita, center Jesse Boone, linebacker Spencer Toone and strong safety Eric Weddle were all tabbed as tops in the MWC at their respective positions.
