SALT LAKE CITY - The 2005 Utah Football Women's Clinic, held last Monday (August 1) at the Spence Eccles Field House, was a rousing success. Ute football fans of all ages took advantage of the clinic as a way to learn more about Utah Football and the sport itself.

More than 125 women of all ages took part in the clinic, which was administered by the University of Utah Football coaching staff. The women in attendance learned the basic concepts of every position on the gridiron. They also got the chance to ask questions of all members of the coaching staff. The women even had a chance to take part in some of the same sorts of drills Utah football players go through in practice.

There was an open forum for discussion with the coaches, as well as teaching time and demonstrations on the field.
