Utah Will Open 2007 Football Season At Oregon State

The Utah football team will kick off its 2007 season against Oregon State a week earlier than originally planned, on Thursday, Aug. 30 in Corvallis, Ore. Oregon State is one of two Pac-10 teams on Utah's schedule: The Utes will host UCLA on Sept. 15. Utah completes a tough non-conference slate with a home game against Utah State on Sept. 29 and a road game against defending Big East champion Louisville on Oct. 6. Mountain West Conference teams slated to visit Rice-Eccles Stadium in 2007 are San Diego State, Wyoming, New Mexico and Air Force. The MWC schedule will be released on April 1.
