No. 25 Boise State Cancels Tennis Match Due to Weather

SALT LAKE CITY - Due to extreme weather conditions, the match between Boise State and the University of Utah men's tennis team has been canceled. The match will be rescheduled for later in the season.

"Of course we are very bumped about Boise's cancellation. This was the biggest home match of the season for us and I think we were ready to play them and give them a run for their money. We had marketed this game to a lot of people and even had the alumni luncheon built around this match," said assistant coach Roeland Brateanu. "Nevertheless, the alumni festivities will continue and we hope to entertain all incoming alumni and their families with some food and a meet-and- greet with the team."

The University of Utah Varsity Club and the tennis team will still be hosting the alumni luncheon at Eccles Tennis Center at 3:30 p.m. MST.
