UTE NOTES
The Red-White game will be a full-scale game, minus kickoffs, kickoff returns and punt returns (all punts will be fair caught) ... A decision on whether the quarterbacks will be off limits to tacklers will be made later in the week ... Several starters will sit out of the game for precautionary reasons and to let the coaches observe some of the younger players in game-like conditions.
