Utah Men's Tennis To Host Pro-Am Style Fundraiser

SALT LAKE CITY- The University of Utah men's tennis team has announced that it will hold a Pro-Am style fundraiser Saturday, Feb. 7, from 4-8 p.m. at the Eccles Tennis Center.
"We are hosting this event for a few reasons," said assistant coach Roeland Brateanu. "First it is a good opportunity for the tennis community to meet our team and to generate a connection between them. Second, it is a great way for us to raise some much needed money for our program. We appreciate everyone's support and hope to get a great turnout."
The event will be open to the public and will be held in conjunction with the men's tennis alumni reunion. This will give fans and supporters an opportunity to meet and play with this year's team as well as former letterwinners.
There is a minimum donation of $100, with no maximum. Four levels of donations have been set: bronze ($100), silver ($200), gold ($350), and platinum ($500+). The skill level of each participant's doubles partner will be determined by the amount of donation. Dinner will also be provided.
