Fans attending Utah home football games this fall will be treated to a "red carpet" experience with the installation of new turf in Rice-Eccles Stadium. The new FieldTurf surface features solid red end zones emblazoned with UTAH in white block type with black trim.
The visually stunning end zones, type and logos on the Fieldturf surface are inlaid, meaning they are created with red and white synthetic fibers and are not painted.
Utah will play its first game on the new turf on Sept. 3 in the home opener against Utah State. Season Tickets are going fast, with just over 900 remaining. Call (801.581-UTIX) today to purchase one of the hottest tickets in town!
