Montana State Bobcats
Montana State is currently 1-2, but will face Utah State and BYU before coming to Salt Lake City. Utah defeated Montana State in 2011 at the Eccles Tennis Center, battling back after dropping the doubles point for a 4-3 victory. Freshman Alejandro Medinilla earned the match clinching point for Utah with his 6-2, 4-6, 6-2, defeat of Alberto Fuentes at No. 3 singles spot.
Idaho State Bengals
Idaho State also holds a 1-2 record, but will take on BYU before coming to Salt Lake City. The Utes downed the Bengals by a score of 6-1 at the Eccles Tennis Center in 2011. Sophomore Dmytro Mamedov clinched the match for Utah from the No. 2 spot, topping Gilberto Azevedo, 6-4, 6-3.

Matias maintains a 2-0 record at the No. 4 spot, not allowing his opponents more than two games per set, and also clinched the 7-0 sweep against Weber State.
