What is your favorite basketball memory?
My favorite basketball memory was the 2011 U19 World Championships in Chile with the Canadian team. We finished 8-1 and beat the world-leading United States.
What are your favorite sports besides basketball?
Hockey and volleyball.
What do you like to do when you are not playing basketball?
Hiking, biking, swimming, yoga, reading and watching movies. Do you have a nickname?
Pagmina. (Michelle) Plouffe just started calling me that.
Why did you choose Utah? What is the best thing about Utah?
I chose the University of Utah because I really liked the coaching staff and the team. I loved Salt Lake City and it was the best fit for me. The best thing about Utah is the outdoor activities available, like hiking.
Who had the biggest influence in your life?
My sister, Taylor, has been the biggest influence in my life. She is extremely hard-working and motivated in every aspect of her life. She is also the most compassionate and caring person I have ever met.
My favorite things about Salt Lake City are:
The scenery. Salt Lake City is beautiful.
The teammate(s) I admire most are who, and why?
Taryn (Wicijowski) and Michelle (Plouffe). They are both very motivated and determined, which is very inspirational to me.
What do you like best about Coach Levrets?
There is no coach who cares about his players more than Coach Levrets. If there is anything Coach can do to help his players, he will do that and more.
What are your goals for this year?
- To earn a 4.0 GPA.
- To improve my ball-handling and mid-range game.
- Improve defensively as a whole.
What are your pregame superstitions?
I always have to put my right show on before my left.
What is your major and what do you want to do after you graduate?
I am an Emergency Medical Services major and want to become a firefighter.
