Philadelphia Eagles' cornerback Eric Rowe was second on the team with five tackles, had one TFL and forced a fumble in his exhibition debut, a 36-10 win over Indianapolis on Aug. 16.

Quarterback Alex Smith completed six of 10 throws for 42 yards in Kansas City's first preseason game at Arizona on Aug. 15. Sean Smith also contributed a tackle from his defensive back spot for the Chiefs.

Minnesota Vikings' running back Matt Asiata rushed six times for 30 yards to go with a five-yard reception in the Hall of Fame Game against Pittsburgh on Aug. 9. He then caught two passes for 13 yards and carried four times for 13 yards in the next preseason game on Aug. 15 against Tampa Bay.

Derrick Shelby defended a pass and had a tackle for the Miami Dolphins against the Chicago Bears on Aug. 13, while Brice McCain registered one tackle.
Trevor Reilly made three tackles and was credited with a pair quarterback hits at Detroit on Aug. 13.
Nate Orchard had two tackles and a quarterback hit in professional debut, while Paul Kruger posted identical numbers on Aug. 13 at Cleveland.
Brian Blechen came up with two tackles for the Carolina Panthers at Buffalo on Aug. 14, while Keith McGill had two tackles for Oakland against St. Louis on Aug. 14.
Kaelin Clay returned two kickoffs for 36 yards against Minnesota on Aug. 15 to go with a pair of punt returns.
Steve Smith caught a three-yard pass against New Orleans on Aug. 13.
Paul Soliai had a tackle for Atlanta in its exhibition season opener against Tennessee on Aug. 14, while Joe Kruger also had a tackle for Pittsburgh at Jacksonville on Aug. 14.
Tevita Finau turned in a tackle for the Houston Texas against San Francisco on Aug. 15.
