Salt Lake City, UT - The University of Utah men's tennis team (7-0) will strive to set the school record for the best start to a season on Saturday at the Eccles Tennis Center.
The Utes will host Montana (0-0) at 12 p.m. and Montana State (0-2) at 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 6. As always, admission is free and fans can park in the lot East of Guardsman Way free of charge.
Despite suffering injuries during the beginning of the season, Utah has fought to stay undefeated. Last year's MVP, Parker McGuiness, returned to the line-up last week. Head coach Roeland Brateanu commented on the return of injured players: "It is great to have Parker back. We are looking forward to having Dan Little and Freddie McGeehan back soon as well."
Montana (0-0)
The Montana Grizz will open their season versus Utah on Saturday. The Grizz have been picked to finish third in the Big Sky Conference following the league's pre-season coaches poll. Last year, Montana finished third in conference play with an 8-3 record (9-9 overall). Montana is lead by Semion Branzburg, who earned 9 wins in conference play last season, with a 11-7 overall mark. Branzburg was named to his second straight All-Big Sky team last season.

The Montana State Bobcats have suffered two losses so far this season, 7-0 defeats at the hands of Boise State and Grand Canyon. The Bobcats have a fresh team this year, welcoming four new players to their seven man squad. Harry James leads the Bobcats who is the lone senior on the team this year.
