Â
Utah pushed its winning streak to five straight over the Huskies, while winning for the eighth straight time when facing the Cougars. Utah's win over UW snapped a four-game losing streak overall and a two-game home losing streak to conference opponents. The win also helped avoid Utah losing five straight for what would have been the first time since 2011-12.
Â
SCOUTING ARIZONA STATE
The Sun Devils are coming off an 81-73 win at California this past Saturday, but has dropped four of its previous seven games after going 12-0 in non-conference play. ASU snapped a five-game losing streak to the Utes with its win at the Huntsman Center back on Jan. 7, but Utah still leads the series 19-6 when playing in Salt Lake City. ASU leads the series 13-11 when the games have been played in Tempe, but Utah has won two straight at Wells Fargo Arena, dating back to the 2014-15 season.

BIBBINS NAMED PAC-12 PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Utah guard
Justin Bibbins was named this week's Pac-12 Men's Basketball Player of the Week on Monday after helping lead Utah to its second Pac-12 weekly sweep of the season as the Utes downed both Washington and Washington State at home this past week. In Thursday's win over the Huskies, Bibbins tallied 20 points and 10 rebounds, and then followed with 13 points and 12 assists in Sunday's win over the Cougars.
Â
Bibbins is the only Utah player to register back-to-back double-doubles this season and with his season-high 12 assists on Sunday, he became the first Utah player to dish out at least 10 assists in a game since
Brandon Taylor totaled 10 assists against USC back on Feb. 21, 2016. For the week, Bibbins averaged 16.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game, while dishing out 17 assists and recording a pair of steals. He was 6-of-15 from three-point range and a perfect 5-of-5 from the charity stripe.
Â
This marks the first Pac-12 Player of the Week honor for Utah this season and the first since
Jakob Poeltl was tabbed the conference POW back on Feb. 22, 2016. Bibbins is the first Utah guard to earn the honor since Delon Wright was named POW back on Dec. 15, 2014. Overall, Utah has had eight Pac-12 weekly honors since joining the league in 2011-12.
Â
RAWSON GOES OFF FROM DOWNTOWN
Tyler Rawson knocked down a career-high six three-pointers in Utah's win over Washington State this past Sunday. The senior finished the game 6-for-7 (.857) from the three-point line becoming the first Utah player to convert at least 80 percent from beyond the arc against a Pac-12 opponent since
Brandon Taylor went 4-of-5 against Arizona back on Feb. 27, 2015. Rawson finished the evening with a game-high 22 points, just three points off his career-high of 25 points, which he tallied earlier this season against Northwestern State (Dec. 20).
Â
RAINING THREES
Utah has already knocked down 175 three-pointers on the season, which averages out to 9.2 three-pointers per game. The Utes have drained at least 10 three-pointers in 10 of 19 games this season and is on pace to finish the regular season with a total of 266 made three-pointers. Utah's all-time high for three-pointers in a season is 273, which was set back in the 2015-16 season.
Â

Justin Bibbins became a member of the 1,000-point club on Dec. 20, 2017, when he scored 25 points in Utah's win over Northwestern State. Bibbins tallied 870 career points in three years at Long Beach State and now has 270 points with the Utes, for a career total of 1,140 points.
Â
David Collette is on the verge of eclipsing the 1,000-point mark as he needs 70 more points to do so. Collette, who currently has 533 career points in two seasons with the Utes, tallied 397 career points at Utah State. He is currently at 930 career points.
