Jordan Costello has been named the Wyoming State Golf Association 2018 Men's Player of the Year.

Garrett Clegg said. "He improved his consistency and stability which has shown in his collegiate results this fall. Jordan has been a huge part of our program and I'm thrilled to see him recognized for his accomplishments."
Costello was the 2018 Wyoming State Amateur Champion. He was the top finisher in the U.S. Open Qualifier for the second year in a row and finished third in the U.S. Amateur Qualifier. Costello represented the WSGA in the Pacific Coast Amateur, where for the second year in a row he had the low score for Team Wyoming.
In collegiate competition this season, Costello is second on the team with a 73.1 average. His best finish this season was a tie for ninth in the Showdown in the Rockies with a score of two-under-par (214).
Costello is from Pinedale, Wyo., and has a 73.2 average through three seasons with the Utes.
