Getting my Start I think I was about four years old and it was my first game ever. I got the ball and I was so intimidated and scared because I saw the other defenders trying to get me, so I ran backwards and scored for the other team.
My first position in tackle football was center, but the running back on our team wasn't doing a good job, so I got promoted.
My dad always told me that wherever a coach needs someone to play, you go in and do it. He didn't mean it directly like being a center, but I went in and did a good job. Then I saw the running back and said to my coach, "hey coach, I can do this and I can do it better." And I did.
