Kyler Dunkle is set to compete at the NCAA Stanford Regional from May 13-15, 2019.
The regional will be hosted at Stanford Golf Course and consist of three rounds of competition. Live scoring will be provided at

Dunkle is the eighth Utah player to compete at NCAA Regionals since 1994. It is the second-straight year that a Utah player has made a regional, following
Blake Tomlinson, who competed in 2018. Others who have reached the regional round in the current postseason format include
Dustin Pimm (2006-07), current head coach
Garrett Clegg (2004), Ryan Ellis (2000), John Owens (1997), John Wright (1995) and Greg Slack (1994).
Dunkle was a second-team All-Pac-12 selection. He finished second at the Pac-12 Championships for Utah's best individual finish ever at the event. The team tied for fifth, its best finish since joining the league. Dunkle's second round of 64 tied for the lowest round among all players.
Dunkle won two tournaments this year, the Showdown in the Rockies and the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational and finished in the top 10 in five tournaments. He has birdied 123 holes this year, which ranks him 20th in the NCAA, and has eagled six holes. Dunkle leads Utah with a 71.2 average, which is tied for the lowest scoring average in a season at Utah.
Dunkle has a Utah record three career victories with a career scoring average of 71.78. He has six top five finishes and his 10 career top 10 finishes is second all-time at Utah.
