Utah Football's Nine NFL Combine Invites Sets School Record

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – A school record nine former Utah football players have been invited to the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine, taking place Feb. 24 – March 1 in Indianapolis, Ind.
The Utes' nine invites include eight defensive players with the nine total leading the Pac-12 and ranking fourth in the country. Defensive end Bradlee Anae, linebacker Francis Bernard, safeties Julian Blackmon and Terrell Burgess, defensive tackles Leki Fotu and John Penisini, defensive back Javelin K. Guidry, cornerback Jaylon Johnson and running back Zack Moss will all represent the Utes at the end of the month.
The combine will be an important job interview for the former Utes as more than 300 prospects will participate in the event with hundreds of scouts, coaches and team owners in attendance. Each position group will have a specific schedule to follow that will include medical checkups, media sessions, measurements, weight lifting and agility testing, along with position specific drills on field.
