Inclement weather forces cancellation
BANDON, Ore. - Due to inclement weather that cancelled round one on Sunday and interrupted round two on Monday, the Bandon Dunes Championship has been cancelled.
The University of Utah men's golf team had gotten off to a good start, shooting 4-under as a team over their first 13 holes. Gabriel Palacios and Sergio Jimenez were tied for the top spot at 3-under, while Javier Barcos was also in the top 10 when the competition was called off.
Up Next
The Utes will now set their sites on The Goodwin, a tournament which will be held from March 28 – 30 in San Francisco.
