Blando earns CSC Academic All-District Honors

SALT LAKE CITY – The 2023-24 Academic All-District Men's Tennis Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom with Utah men's tennis placing Mike Blando on the list.Â
Blando ended the season with a 3.5 GPA and earned his degree in strategic communications.Â
Blando played in the No. 6 spot in the singles line on 12 different occasions. He and brother Jayson Blando posted an 8-11 record this season in doubles. The duo played the majority of the matches at the No. 2 spot but did record two wins at the No. 1 spot.Â
