University of Utah head football coach Kyle Whittingham, defensive coordinator/safeties coach Morgan Scalley and new offensive coordinator Jason Beck met with members of the media on Tuesday inside the Spence and Cleone Eccles Football Center. The press conference served as an introduction of Beck, who was hired in December, and an opportunity for Whittingham, Scalley and Beck to share insight on the team as the Utah Football program moves into the second week of Winter Workouts. This "First Quarter" of the offseason began with the start of Utah's spring semester classes last week.
