Utes in the Pros: Week 18

SALT LAKE CITY – Much is on the line in the final week of the NFL's regular season as playoff seedings and the last few postseason spots are about to take form.
Altogether, 20 Utah Football alumni are on active rosters this weekend with 28 total Pro Utes on teams throughout the NFL. Eleven games this weekend are expected to feature at least one Utah connection on an active roster.

Playoff Picture
The NFL's playoff picture is taking shape, though one spot remains in both the AFC and NFC. That, as well as final seedings, will be settled this weekend.
AFC teams with Pro Utes that have already cliched a playoff berth include:
In the NFC, these teams include Utah alumni and have ensured they will play in the postseason:

Jaylon Johnson is Pro Bowl Bound…Again!
For the second straight season, former Ute and current Chicago Bears cornerback Jaylon Johnson has been selected to the NFC roster for the Pro Bowl Games. This year, however, Johnson was chosen as a starter; he was a reserve last year.
Johnson has started each of the Bears' 16 games this season; he has tallied 48 tackles (7 TFL), two interceptions and seven pass breakups.
The Pro Bowl selection process takes place by a vote of fans, players and coaches. The current format of the event includes various NFC vs. AFC skill competitions, capped off by a flag football game at Orlando's Camping World Stadium on Sunday, February 2.
