Joe D'Orazio (pronounced doh-rahz-ee-o), a two-time first-team all-Ivy League center at Penn, is in his first year as a Utah defensive graduate assistant. D'Orazio spent last season coaching the tight ends at the University of Chicago. In the summer of 2010, he was a camp operations intern for the Philadelphia Eagles.
A four-year letterman and two-year starter for the Quakers, D'Orazio was one of three team captains as a senior in 2010. The Quakers won the Ivy League championship in 2009 and 2010 while leading the league in fewest sacks allowed. His senior year, Penn led the league in rushing yards, total yards and scoring.
D'Orazio earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business in 2011. A native of Bryn Mawr, Pa., he was born on Oct. 27, 1988.
