SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic - After leading for the majority of the game, the Canadian National Team fell to Cuba 58-49 in the semifinals of the Pan American Games on Friday. The Canucks will play Brazil in the Bronze medal game at 3 p.m. (EDT) on Saturday, Aug. 9.
Utah sophomore-to-be Kim Smith led Team Canada with 10 points, followed by Utah teammate Shona Thorburn with nine.
