SALT LAKE CITY -- The University of Utah women's basketball team has received some preseason recognition from ESPN.com. The Utes are ranked No. 18 in the website's Preseason Top 25.
Utah was 26-8 last season and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The Utes have four returning starters and lost just one player off a squad which shared the Mountain West Conference regular-season championship.
