Hey Utes!
This has been a fun few weeks for us. We began the second half of conference play at Air Force on Saturday and came home with a big win. We are right in the middle of the pack in the standings and are looking to move to the top when it is all said and done. We continue that tonight against a very good San Diego State team. They are very talented and pose a big challenge for us. But then again, every night is a challenge here in the Mountain West!
Outside of basketball things are moving along. Aside from a few sulfuric acid burns, I am having fun in my organic chemistry lab. This week we did a nitration of toluene. I also have an organic chemistry exam coming up next Monday so my weekend will be nothing but chemistry and oh yeah, BYU! The team went to MacCool's pub on Foothill last night to have dinner, chat with some of our fans, and spread the word about the big game this weekend.
