Members of the Utah women's basketball team will be writing blog entries throughout the season. Today's entry is from Allison Gida.
Hey fans, Allison Gida here, number 25 :). Just wanted to update you on our team. Last week we went to the warm and beautiful state of Arizona where we played ASU and U of A. We beat U of A in overtime which was a really exciting, fun game to watch and be a part of. Then we headed to Tempe to play the Sun Devils and unfortunately lost to ASU by 8. That was a close and tough game.
Also we are in our second week of school and we all are very focused on our studies just as much as winning our games.
This week we play UCLA on Thursday and USC on Saturday which is our pink game! So wear your best color of pink and support breast cancer awareness and your favorite Utes basketball team. See you there! And thanks again!
