TIGHT ENDS
The Lowdown
With so much talent, offensive coordinator/tight ends coach Dave Christensen will find a place for the tight ends in his spread option offense.
Headliners Returning
At 6'4", 252 pounds, senior Westlee Tonga is a physical blocker and athletic pass-catcher with good speed. Promising sophomore Siale Fakailoatonga played as a true freshman last season.
Newcomer Spotlight
While there were no tight ends in the 2014 recruiting class, redshirt freshman Harrison Handley is a youngster to watch.
Coach Whittingham Says
"Westlee Tonga should be a tough match up for opposing defenses this season and will be our featured tight end. We have quality depth and experience at this position as well in Siale Fakailoatonga and Evan Moeai."
