Women's Basketball Hosts Free Skills Clinic

SALT LAKE CITY – University of Utah women's basketball program is hosting its second annual Free Fall Clinic Saturday, Nov. 5.
"We're always excited when our program can reach out and interact with the youth in our community," head women's basketball coach Lynne Roberts said. "This is a great opportunity for our team to engage with a lot of kids and have some fun together. Last year's clinic was a huge success and a highlight for our program, and we are anticipating an ever larger turnout this year."
The free skills clinic opens at 11 a.m. with the event running from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Check-in will be located inside the Jon M. & Karen Huntsman Basketball Facility in Legacy Hall. (294 East 1850 South SLC, UT 84112).
Participants will work directly with players and coaches on shooting, dribbling and passing. Players will be signing autographs following the conclusion of the clinic.
The clinic will be held inside the women's basketball practice facility. Parents are invited to stay and watch.
This event is free for all youth and open to any entrant 12 years old or younger.
