SAN FRANCISCO – Utah women's basketball standouts

Dre'Una Edwards and
Dru Gylten have been honored by a panel of Pac-12 women's basketball media today who announced their Pac-12 All-Conference teams.
Edwards highlights Utah's honors by being named Pac-12 Freshman of the Year by the media after earning the award from the coaches yesterday.
Dru Gylten and Edwards were also named to the All-Freshman team with
Megan Huff earning first-team all-conference by the media.Â
Edwards, a six-time Pac-12 Freshman of the Week selection, leads all freshmen in the Pac-12 and is ranked second among freshmen nationally in field goal percentage (.540). She averaged 11.6 points per game and 6.7 rebounds, also leading all-freshmen in double-doubles with seven.Â
Gylten, who cemented herself as one of the best passers in the country this year, is a two-time Pac-12 Freshman of the Week from this season and is averaging 5.6 assists per game which ranks 23
rdnationally and fourth in the Pac-12 (first among freshmen). She leads all freshmen nationally and in the Pac-12 in total assists (163) and has had five or more assists in 21 of Utah's 29 games.Â

Huff, a senior out of Federal Way, Wash., is averaging 20.0 points per game and 9.6 rebounds, ranking fourth and second in the Pac-12. She has scored in double-digits in 28 of Utah's 29 games, including in the 20-point range in 15 along with two 30-point games.Â
