When head women's basketball coach
Lynne Roberts was appointed to lead the Utes in 2015, she started to assemble a staff that would take the Utes to new heights.
Some have departed or moved on, but like a puzzle, Roberts has continued to put together the pieces for student-athlete success in her program – and for the 2021 season, the pieces have never been stronger.
Roberts' staff covers a wide range of responsibilities with one goal in mind – to give Utah women's basketball athletes the best possible experience during their time at the U.
In her five seasons at the helm, Roberts has made it clear that "it is time for us to pivot to being great." That pivot continues to happen as she and her staff will bring in the No. 20 recruiting class in the country for the 2021 season along with 10 returning letter winners and four starters.
The Utah staff has seen the team make three postseason appearances, three 18+ win seasons, and Utah's first 20-win season since 2012-13. The Utes also received votes in the AP and Coaches Poll in their first three seasons at Utah, jumping into the Top 25 for the first time in a decade during the 2018-19 season.
As most of the staff heads into their sixth year with the program, it is time to reintroduce this talented and hungry staff that has made Utah women's basketball their home.
