Joins Utah from Idaho State where he played No. 1 singles and doubles during the 2013-14 season ... in his two years at ISU, Swiggart amassed a 25-10 record in singles play ... as a sophomore, playing from the No. 1 singles position, he earned a 9-8 record and was named the team's Most Valuable Player ... was also named ISU's Tennis Player of the Year as a freshman after earning a 16-2 record ... was named to the Big Sky All-Conference Second Team and was a runner up for the Bengal Freshman Athlete of the Year Award.
