The Basics: The Utah women's basketball program will look to bounce back on Sunday with a matchup against the UCLA Bruins. The game is set for a 12 p.m. MT tip.
How to Tune In:The game against UCLA will air on Pac-12 Network, Pac-12 Mountain and Pac-12 Los Angeles. Fans can also catch the game in action on the radio with Tyson Ewing calling the shots on ESPN 700.
The Opponent:The UCLA Bruins enter the game 14-9 overall and with an identical Pac-12 record as the Utes at 7-4. They are coming off a 64-60 win at Colorado on Friday that is part of a five-game win streak that also included a 61-59 win over top-25 ranked Arizona State on Jan. 25. The Bruins have three players averaging double-digits, led by forward Michaela Onyenwere with 17.3 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. They are currently ranked second in the Pac-12 and 19th nationally in rebounds per game (43.1), also ranked third in the country in offensive rebounds per game (18.0) with Onyenwere ranking 20th in the NCAA in offensive boards per game individually (4.0).
Next Up: The Utes get back on the road when they head to the Grand Canyon state for a pair of games. They start at Arizona on Feb. 15 followed by a Sunday, Feb. 17 game against Arizona State.

Three Pointers:
• Utah has jumped into the AP Top 25 for the first time since 2008. Utah's highest AP ranking was No. 11 in 1998.
• Utah's seven Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honors is the second most by a program in a season and it is just the second time in Pac-12 history that a program has had three separate student-athletes win.
• The Utes jumped into the top-10 nationally in assists per game, averaging 18.0 which ranks 10th in the NCAA and second in the Pac-12. The Utes currently have two players averaging over 5.0 assists per game in
Dru Gylten (5.6 ranks 3
rdin the Pac-12) and
Erika Bean (5.4 ranks 4
thin the Pac-12).
Last Time Out: After trailing by as many as 14 points in the third quarter, the Utes rallied from behind to tie the game against the USC Trojans on Friday night with 6:30 left in the game. With USC holding a two-point lead with less than 15 seconds to go in the game, the Utes were unable to come up with a scoring play with USC eventually landing the 84-80 win.
Dru Gylten led the Utes with 24 points while
Megan Huff added a double-double with 13 points and 10 boards.
Kiana Moore put up 11 points while
Dre'Una Edwards and
Andrea Torres chipped in 10 points each.
Utah vs. The Pac-12: The Utes are 112-152 against the current members of the Pac-12. Since joining the Pac-12 in 2011-12, Utah is 51-86 in conference play.
Balanced Attack: Of the eight players eligible for competition this season, six have led the Utes in scoring on at least one occasion with all eight of its players scoring in double digits at least once. Utah has had six different players reach the 20-point mark this season as well, the most players on one team to reach the 20-point mark in the Pac-12 (Cal, Oregon and Colorado had five players each).
Dru Scores 24:Redshirt freshman
Dru Gylten reached the 20-point mark for the first time as a Ute against USC, scoring a career-high 24 points on 7-of-9 shooting. She was a perfect 8-of-8 from the free throw line, also adding four rebounds, three assists and a block.
Huff on the Double: Megan Huff has notched a double-double in 13 games this season, including in the last four, tying for 15th nationally while also ranking second in the Pac-12. She has 19 double-doubles since becoming a Ute and 24 in her career (5 at Hawaii).
Dre + 10: Freshman
Dre'Una Edwards has reached double-digits in 16 games, which ranks second on the team. She put up 10 points against USC, her first double-digit performance since Utah's win over Cal.
Bean's Buckets:Erika Bean shot 80-percent from the floor against USC, her fifth game shooting 50-percent or higher since Pac-12 play started. She has scored eight or more points in six of Utah's 11 conference games to average 7.4 points after only averaging 5.9 in non-conference play.
