Undefeated and No. 8-ranked Utah (14-0, 3-0 Pac-12) has achieved its highest poll ranking in program history and hits the road again for its third consecutive Pac-12 game away from home, Friday, Jan. 6, at Colorado. The game in Boulder is set to tip off at 7 p.m. MT at the CU Events Center. Utah is coming off a weekend road sweep of Washington State and Washington, extending the second-best start to a season in program history, and now has its best start to Pac-12 play (3-0) since joining the conference in 2011-12. Utah has won five consecutive road games for the first time since winning five straight during the 2018-19 season.

OPENING TIP
- The Utes are off to their best start, at 14-0, since joining the Pac-12 in 2011-12, and are 3-0 in Pac-12 play for the first time. The best overall start in program history is 16-0 in 1997-98 when Utah was a member of the WAC.
- The Utes have achieved their highest AP top 25 ranking in program history, moving up three spots to eighth in this week's AP poll. Utah's No. 8 ranking in the USA Today Coaches poll this week is also its highest in program history, moving up three spots from last week.
- This week's NCAA NET rankings place the Utes at No. 5, second-best among Pac-12 teams behind Stanford (3).
- Utah is the nation's No. 3 scoring team (88.7 ppg), one of four major statistical categories in which the Utes boast a top-4 ranking: 2nd field-goal pct. (50.9), third in scoring (88.7) and scoring margin (+30.6), and fourth in assists (20.1). Utah also ranks 11th in assist/turnover ratio (1.36).
- The Utes feature a balanced scoring attack, with four players averaging in double figures: Alissa Pili (19.7), Gianna Kneepkens (14.1), Jenna Johnson (11.6) and Kennady McQueen (11.0), plus three others between 8.3 and 6.8. Pili (3rd) and Kneepkens (13th) rank in the top 15 in scoring in the Pac-12.
- Utah has topped the century mark twice this season, and scored 90 or more points five times. The Utes scored 100+ three times last season and scored 90 or more eight times.
- Junior forward Alissa Pili leads the team in scoring (19.7; 3rd Pac-12, 23rd NCAA) and ranks 11th in the nation in field-goal percentage (63.7%). She was named Pac-12 Player of the Week on Nov. 28, and earlier this season topped the 1,000-career-point mark.
- Sophomore Gianna Kneepkens ranks third in the Pac-12 in three-point shooting percentage (47.1; 15th NCAA).
- Sophomore Ines Vieira ranks eighth in the nation in assist-turnover ratio (2.95), No. 1 among Pac-12 players.
- Utah has made 8 or more three-pointers in seven games this season, and 93 times in Head Coach Lynne Roberts' tenure with the Utes, compiling a record of 68-25 in those games.
- Under Lynne Roberts, Utah is 50-5 when scoring 80 or more points and 20-0 when scoring 90 or more.
- The Utes rank fourth in the nation in assists (20.1), including a season-best 33 against No. 16 Oklahoma, and have assisted on 62.9 percent of made field goals (281 of 447).
- Utah's 46-point victory over No. 16 Oklahoma (11/16) was the program's largest win margin vs. an AP Top 25 team, and the largest for a Pac-12 team against a ranked foe since 1999-00.
- Preseason Watch Lists: Soph. Gianna Kneepkens (Jersey Mike's Naismith Award/nation's top player; and Cheryl Miller Award/top small forward) and Jr. Alissa Pili (Katrina McClain Award for the top power forward).
- Utah holds an all-time home record of 542-131 (.805), and has won 11 of its last 12 home games. The Utes boast nine undefeated home seasons at the Jon M. Huntsman Center, and had a 28-game home winning streak from 1/1/95 to 2/8/97.
