The Opponent: The Arizona State Sun Devils are 17-6 overall and 8-4 in Pac-12 play entering Sunday's game. The Sun Devils are four-game winning streak, including their Friday night 66-49 victory over Colorado. ASU's last loss came against UCLA at home on Jan. 25 right after defeating top-10 ranked Oregon State on the road in double overtime (79-76) on Jan. 20. Arizona State is led in scoring by Kianna Ibis, who is averaging 15.0 points and 6.6 rebounds per game with Courtney Ekmark also putting up 10.1 points per game. While they are only averaging 67.8 points per game (ranks 10
thin the Pac-12), they are holding their opponents to just 56.8 points per game to rank first in the Pac-12 and 29

• Utah's eight Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honors ties for the most by a program in a season. It is just the second time in Pac-12 history that program has had eight in one season, tying with Cal in 2015-16. Â
• The Utes jumped into the top-15 nationally in assists per game, averaging 17.9 which ranks 12th in the NCAA and second in the Pac-12. The Utes currently have two players averaging over 5.0 assists per game in
Dru Gylten (5.5 ranks 3rd in the Pac-12) and
Erika Bean (5.5 ranks 4th in the Pac-12).Â
• There are currently only two teams in the country that are ranked in the top-15 nationally in field goal percentage, three-point percentage and free throw percentage and they both play in the Pac-12. Utah is 13th in FG%, 15th in FT% and eighth in 3-PT%, joining Oregon as the only other team in the nation ranked in the top-15 in all three.Â

Last Time Out:Â In Its worst shooting performance of the season, the Utes fell to the Arizona Wildcats on the road Friday night, 66-55. The Utes shot just 29-percent (19-of-64) from the floor and 30-percent from the three (6-of-20) against Arizona, despite only turning the ball over 10 times.
Dre'Una Edwards tied her career-high with 21 points, her second-straight 20-point game, going 8-of-17 from the floor and pulling in 10 rebounds for her seventh double-double of the season. Freshman

Utah vs. The Pac-12:Â The Utes are 112-154 against the current members of the Pac-12. Since joining the Pac-12 in 2011-12, Utah is 51-88 in conference play.

Bean Keeps Moving Up: Erika Bean has 132 assists through 24 games and with her five against Arizona on Friday night, she passed the 500-career assist mark. She is now sitting with 504 career assists, becoming just the fourth player in program history to eclipse the 500-career assist mark (1: Shona Thorburn – 689, 2002-06; 2: Alli Bills – 612, 1994-98; 3: Janita Badon – 578, 2008-12). She is fourth all-time at Utah in career assists and has had 100 or more assists in three of her four seasons with the Utes. Bean has 55 career games with five or more assists and has led Utah in the category in 65 career games, including in the last five.Â

Naismith Watch:Â Megan Huff was named to the Citizen Naismith Trophy Midseason Team this week. The national player of the year award watch list includes 30 players from 20 different colleges, including seven student-athletes from the Pac-12.Â

Katrina McClain Award:Â Senior
Megan Huff has been named to the Katrina McClain Award Top 10 after being named to the preseason watch list of 20 student-athletes from across the country. The award is in its second year, given each year to the best power forward in the country.

Dre's Doubles:Â Dre'Una Edwards has seven double-doubles this season, including her 21 points and 10 rebounds against Arizona on Friday, which leads all freshmen in the Pac-12 (tied for sixth overall).Â

Road Warrior:Â Freshman
Dre'Una Edwards has immediately stepped in and filled an important role in her first year with the Utes, scoring in double digits in 18 games this season. She is averaging 10.9 points per game when playing in the Huntsman Center, but 14.6 points per game when the Utes are on the road. In games not played in the Huntsman Center, she has scored in double-digits in eight. Utah is 5-3 on the road this season and 2-0 at neutral sites.Â

Dre'Una Edwards have combined for three, 20-point games.
Dru Gylten scored a career-high 24 points against USC, the second most points by a freshman in the Pac-12 this year (28 pts, Shalexxus Aaron of USC vs. Washington).
Dre'Una Edwards has now scored a career-high 21 points in back-to-back games (vs. UCLA/at Arizona). Utah is the only school in the Pac-12 that has had two different freshmen hit the 20-point mark this season.Â
