The Utes entered the weekend at No. 7 in both the AP poll and the USA Today Coaches poll. This is the highest the Utes have ever been ranked in school history.
Utah has been ranked in the AP poll for 12 consecutive weeks, breaking the program record of nine weeks in a row set in 2001. Utah's most total weeks ranked in the same season is 13 in 2005-06. The Utes have been ranked in the top ten for five consecutive weeks.
This week's NCAA NET rankings place the Utes at No. 7, second-best among Pac-12 teams behind Stanford (4).
Utah is 4-0 in games decided by two or less points. Three of those wins have been during Pac-12 action.
Utah's 19-2 overall record on the season is its best through 21 games since 2000-01, where the Utes also went 19-2.
Utah's 14-0 start was the second-best in program history (16-0 in 1997-98) and tied for the fourth-best start by any program in Pac-12 history.
Utah is the nation's No. 5 scoring team and ranks in the top 10 nationally in five major statistical categories:

Three Utes averaging in double-figure scoring pace a balanced team attack: Alissa Pili (20.4), Gianna Kneepkens (14.8) and Jenna Johnson (11.0). Pili is No. 1 in the Pac-12 in scoring while Kneepkens is eighth among the Pac-12's best.
Junior forward Alissa Pili, recently named to the Wooden Award Late Season Top 20 Watch List and the Katrina McClain Power Forward Top 10 finalists,, leads the team in scoring (20.4, 1st Pac-12, 17th NCAA) and ranks 11th in the nation (1st Pac-12) in field-goal percentage (60.4%). She also sits at No. 9 nationally in total made field goals with 172. The Nov. 28 Pac-12 Player of the Week topped 1,000 career points this season.
Sophomore Gianna Kneepkens ranks 9th in the nation in three-point shooting percentage (45.2%), No.1 among Pac-12 players.
Utah holds an all-time home record of 545-131 (.806), and has won 14 of its last 15 home games, including 10-0 this year. The Utes have nine undefeated home seasons. This is the best home record since 2015-16 when the Utes also went 10-0.
